About Me

My name is Mrs. Baker, and this will be my first year at the HS library. I moved to Mt. Zion in 2022 with my husband and 2 kids; Walter- 3rd grade, and Juliet - 1st grade.

I graduated from University of Illinois Springfield with a B.S. in Biology. For the past 9 years I have worked as a Research Scientist in the fermentation department at ADM’s Research and Development Laboratory.

My hobbies include hiking, trips with my family, reading books and enjoying a good puzzle.
